I didn't do much in Reno. Ate a bunch of food, won $35 playing roulette wheel. I didn't even leave my Hotel until I was ready to be back on the road. Before I left this morning I decided to change my route a little, the weather channel is telling me that the weather is going to get nasty. I was going to Salt Lake City but took Highway 50 east instead. If you ever have the chance, take Highway 50 across Nevada, the read is two lane but in great shape and the scenery is fantastic. I seen a T-Shirt that said "I Survived Highway 50, the Loneliest Road in America" and I believe it. Check the pictures, you only meet a car about ever 5 miles. I spent the night in Ely, NV.
From my Hotel in Reno.
Sometimes you just stop and take pictures. I don't have a clue what this is suppose to be. Just a Kodak moment for me.
They say this is the loneliest Highway in America and I must say that it is also one of the most beautiful. There are salt flats and sand mountains and miles and miles of miles and miles.
This is a Bar, Restaurant, Gas Station and Motel out in the middle of nowhere on Highway 50. I got the best hamburger on my trip right here. They only had one gas pump and was working on it but I got my gas. Sold a couple pins to the ladies you see in the Bar/Restaurant.
This was quite a site. These three pictures were taken in the same place. Beautiful country.

This
is Delta, Utah. Just a cool town, with lots of flowers, a bunch of murals
painter on the sides of the building and nice people.
